Shipping Carrier

Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped by Carrier DHL or USPS with lead time 3-7 days. Mailbox delivery, no signature required.

Customized shades and curtains are shipped by carrier DHL Express, FedEx, UPS with lead time 7-10 days. Door to door service. It might need your receive signature to ensure safe delivery.

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within.

Damage/Lost package

We meticulously check all our products to prevent issues, but damage or loss may happen during transit.

If your product is damaged or lost, please do the following:

1.Take a picture showing the damage or describe the loss.

2. Report to the carrier:

Order Tracking

Click to track order. Once order was picked up by carrier, our system will send you email to advise carrier and tracking number. You may visit carrier official website to monitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make appointment of delivery time.
