Yes! You can order fabric swatches to see the colors and materials in person before making a decision.
Do I really need to order samples?
It is not required for you to order samples, but it is the best way for you to verify the actual colors and textures, and to get a feel for how they’ll look in your home space. Plus, it’s FREE.

What if I ordered the wrong size or color of curtains?
If you ordered the wrong curtains, contact us to cancel or update the order via contact@lushcurtain.com or LiveChat as soon as possible.
Owing to the featured custom goods, we can only assure you of a change before your order is made or shipped.
If you didn't find that you had ordered the wrong curtains until you received the items or got the tracking info, you may need to keep them.
Custom goods are not able to apply to other clients or our reuse.
We are happy to offer you a 10% discount on your second order if you place it within 30 workdays of receiving your first order.

Can I send my own fabric to make the curtains?
We do not recommend sending your fabric to LushCurtain. Our shades and curtains are made and shipped directly from a factory located in China. You need to pay for the shipping fee and expect a longer wait.

How do I change my order?
If you need to modify the details of your order, like size, lining, and so on, please contact us asap. You can contact our customer service team via LiveChat or email us at contact@lushcurtain.com to make a change request and they will assist you.
And for the price change, we will refund it to your payment account, or send you an invoice. Please note that the details can be modified only before the order enters the shipping process. Once the shades and curtains are shipped out, any details can not be modified.

What can I do if I can't place the order or fail to pay on the site?
If you are not able to place an order, please send us the details of the curtains you want to order, including Product Name, Color, Header Style, Size, Lining Option, Design, and Quantity, or just send us the screenshot of your order details. We will send you a PayPal bill based on the details to help you fix the problem.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all products come with a one-year free warranty to cover any defects or quality issues.
Do I need a remote for my motorized shades?
Yes, all motorized shades and curtains need to use remote to control, and also can upgrade to use HomeKit, Amazon, Google home smart app to control.

How to change the shipping address?

Our customized orders generally ship within 7-14 workdays from your purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number letting you know when your order is on its way.

Please refer to our detailed Measuring Finder or How to Measuring for both interior and exterior mounting. Accurate measurements are key to ensuring a perfect fit.
What is the difference between inside and outside mounting for shades?
Inside mount fits the shade within the window frame for a clean, minimalist look.Outside mount installs the shade outside the window frame, providing better light blockage and coverage.
Do you offer installation services?
While we do not offer installation services, our shades and curtains come with detailed instructions. For shades, all you need is a Phillips screwdriver and a drill.
Can I return or exchange my custom shades?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Please read our Return Policy.
Can I cancel my order at any time?
If you change your mind, we will be glad to cancel your order, but you need to cancel it within 24h after you confirmed your order and offer you a full refund. A confirmation of your cancellation, along with your receipt, will be e-mailed to you. We will keep you updated on your refund processing. Because all our items are custom-made, we cannot issue a refund or cancel your order once it's been made or shipped.
